About Chef Sally

As the owner of Everyday Gourmet, Sally designs unique, customized menus for her clients based upon their preferences and dietary needs, then shops, prepares and packages meals so they can enjoy gourmet food at their convenience, everyday.
Chef Sally received her professional culinary training from The Art Institute of California - Orange County, graduating at the top of her class. She is also a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy in New Mexico and earned her B.S. at the University of San Francisco. She is a Premier Member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA). Her experience and professional training includes American regional, Italian, Asian, and classical French cuisines along with baking and pastry. She apprenticed at Restaurant Aubergine and with Culinary Adventures Catering, both in Newport Beach. Her specialty is cooking exactly what you want, whether its comfort food, bistro fare, classic dishes or international flavors, all with a health focus.
A native Californian, Sally loves working with the best quality, freshest ingredients available in Southern California - vibrant produce, fresh seafood, organic poultry and naturally raised meat, fresh herbs, and wine.
Sally and her husband Kent live in Orange County, California. They both enjoy spending time with friends and family (usually in the kitchen), pursuing their interest in food, wine, traveling and doing volunteer work with their church.
